Antipolo City, Rizal, June 28 (PIA) — Hundreds of Catholic faithful flocked the National Shrine of the Our Lady of Peace and Good Voyage on June 25 to take part in a thanksgiving mass held in celebration of the 30th founding anniversary of the Diocese of Antipolo.
With the theme, “The Diocese of Antipolo: Celebrating 30 Years of Journeying in Faith with Mary,” the concelebrated mass was led by Manila Archbishop Luis Antonio Cardinal G. Tagle joined by Antipolo Bishop Gabriel V. Reyes, Auxilliary Bishop Francis de Leon, bishops, priests, religious men and women, and the faithful of the diocese.
Outgoing Governor and Antipolo City Mayor-elect Jun Ynares III joined the affair with outgoing local chief executives and recently elected officials of the municipalities/city of Rizal province.
